Carl Ronnow Logistics Sdn Bhd is located on 16 hectares (37 acres) of industrial land, adjacent to the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park and 15 minutes drive from the Container Port. The site is made up of 10 open sided covered steel warehouses (total area under cover – 333,600 sq ft) and 7 closed sided covered steel warehouses with concrete flooring (total area under cover – 285,600 sq ft). At present some of the site is used by Carl Ronnow and some is available for rent.

Carl Ronnow Logistics Sdn Bhd (CRL), is based close to the busy port of Sepangar, servicing Kota Kinabalu and other towns in Sabah, and road links to Brunei and Sarawak.
CRL is a GLOBAL FORWARDING SERVICE for imports and exports.
- Arranging overseas shipments to and from Malaysia
- Handling stuffing and un-stuffing of containers
- Arranging logistics to and from the port
- Storing goods prior to stuffing or on arrival of the container
- Loading and unloading lorries for distribution of goods.
- Renting secure storage space for long and short term periods.
